Changing config while using in Diffusers

Am I able to modify some parameters while using this with Diffusers?
I would like to remove the NSFW filtering and also adjust the output resolution.

I figured out how to modify the iterations on generation, but am not sure where or how I would turn the safety_checker on or off/ modify the output aspect ratio.
