Add `library_name` tag and correct `language` metadata

This PR improves the model card by:

Adding the library_name: transformers tag to the metadata. This enables the automatic "how to use" widget on the model page, providing a convenient code snippet for users, as demonstrated in the existing "Quickstart" section.
Correcting the language metadata by removing an erroneous false entry, ensuring the list accurately reflects the supported languages.

No other changes are made as the model card is already comprehensive.
