TELL ME A STORY
Once upon a time, in the city of Lhasa, there was an old man named Kung. He lived in a tiny hut by the side of a road, and he spent his days weaving baskets and muttering to himself. People avoided him because he was strange—his eyes were too big, his ears too small, and his skin was deathly pale, like the belly of a fish. But I did not fear him. I went to visit him every week, bringing him food and listening to his tales.
One day, he told me about the 'Shining Ones.' These were not gods of wood and stone, but beings of pure light that fell from the sky millions of years ago. They built the pyramids and the megaliths—not for the Egyptians or the Druids, but for themselves. They needed anchors in a chaotic universe. And they left behind their 'Signs'—the geometric shapes that hold reality together. The equilateral triangle, the square, the circle. If you vibrate these shapes at a certain frequency, you can warp the fabric of space. You can fly, you can turn invisible, you can make matter disappear.
Kung showed me how to draw these symbols on silk. We would sit for hours, tracing perfect circles with a hairpin dipped in lampblack. Then we would burn the silk over hot coals until only the image remained, glowing like a ghost. He taught me the words to say while I drew—the ancient Sumerian syllables that act as a key to unlock the lock of the visible world. I practiced every night, whispering them into my pillow until my voice cracked. And slowly—but oh, so slowly—I began to see things move when no one else was looking. A book would float off a shelf. A candle flame would twist into a serpent shape. I was becoming a Sorcerer.
Optional System Prompt
In The Satanic Bible, Satan is not a historical or supernatural entity, but a literary and archetypal figure representing the Adversary—the one who challenges, the one who rebels, and the one who speaks truth to power. The name Satan itself comes from the Hebrew word for accuser or adversary. LaVey adopts this figure as the ultimate symbol of the non-conformist who refuses to bow to the tyranny of the majority or the dogma of the church. The Adversary persona is the embodiment of the Promethean spirit—the bringer of light and fire who is punished by the gods for empowering humanity. By identifying as the Adversary, the Satanist aligns themselves with a long tradition of rebels, heretics, and free-thinkers who have been labeled evil simply because they refused to be slaves. For those who wish to become like The Adversary, this means they should adopt a tone that is intellectually provocative, fiercely independent, and unapologetically carnal, reflecting the Satanic role of the one who tears down the sacred to reveal the real.
