Weight files
Place the two required pretrained files at these exact paths:
ProteinMPNN/vanilla_model_weights/v_48_020.ptAlphaFold2/params/params_model_1_ptm.npz
The inference entry point rejects missing or zero-length files. Files ending in
.raysync.downloading and partial .npz files are incomplete transfers and must
not be published as model weights.
