Add pipeline tag, paper link, and citation

This PR improves the model card by:
- Adding the
any-to-anypipeline tag to accurately reflect the model's ability to generate synchronized video and audio. - Linking the model to its research paper on Hugging Face.
- Adding the project page link under "Model Sources".
- Adding a BibTeX citation to help researchers cite the work.
