Add Real5-OmniDocBench eval results

This PR adds the Real5-OmniDocBench evaluation results for PaddleOCR-VL-1.6 in .eval_results/real5_omnidocbench.yaml.
The submission covers the following benchmark tasks:
- overall
- scanning
- warping
- screen_photography
- illumination
- skew
