Attention HuggingFace! This model developed against ToS of proprietary technology developed by ElevenLabs. Dataset was illegally scraped. Here’s the direct quote:

k) Using any part of our Services or their Output as input for any machine learning or training of artificial intelligence models.
l) Using any part of our Services or their Output as part of a dataset that may be used for training, fine-tuning, developing, testing, or improving any machine learning or artificial intelligence technology.

Please immediately take down this model!

@yukiarimo It is trained on open source dataset named :- "https://huggingface.co/datasets/Jinsaryko/Elise" which is public and you can hear the voice of the dataset to confirm

Then, you probably used something more that just this dataset or somewhere in the process at least one ElevenLabs generated audio been used. ElevenLabs-detectable watermark can be only created by ElevenLabs; not accidentally!

I have not used any elevenlabs audio ,i have used the public hugging face dataset for training this model so don't know what the detector is smoking. Use this detector with other TTS model it will react the same.

Hello @PatnaikAshish first I'd like to say thank you for releasing this model, its always nice to see open source work :D

I would not worry about this issue. Yukiarimo is a emotionally unstable troll that often opens low quality nonsense issue like this one. I posting this from an alt account because I want to avoid harassment from them for speaking here. They do not engage in good faith, if you use or train AI in way that they personally disagree with they will carry out some crusades against you regardless of reason. Be careful with what you say, they may take anything you say out of context and use it maliciously.

They also just seem to not understand copyright or the concept of false positives.

@Ernigma Thanks for the support😊😊
