New node encoder seems slower than previous one

Hi, i have tested the new encoder.
although i have test3ed the image 4 feature, i noticed on my rtx5070 ti 16gb, it takes roughly 100-120 sec for an image a 1920x1080. on the previous encoder, it took roughly half.
something i m doing wrong? i have not set the latentimage sioze on that node and left it as before.
can you help me understand if i can speed up this process? thankls
Sorry, I tested several times. Now it works ok. It was a hardware problem.
What was the fix for you? im experiencing slower generations with the fixed encoder v2.
