PixelScribe Non-Commercial License
This Non-Commercial License ("License") applies to PixelScribe (the "Model") and governs its usage under the terms specified below.
1. Definitions
1.1 "Model" refers to PixelScribe, including all its components, datasets, and derivatives.
1.2 "Licensee" refers to any individual or entity that accesses, downloads, or uses the Model.
1.3 "Non-Commercial Use" means usage that is not intended for or directed towards commercial advantage, financial gain, or monetization.
1.4 "Licensor" refers to the developers or original copyright holders of the Model.
2. Grant of License
2.1 Permitted Uses
- The Licensee is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Model strictly for Non-Commercial Use.
- The Licensee may use the Model for personal projects, research, education, and creative exploration.
- The Licensee may share outputs (images, transformations, and text-based derivatives) generated by the Model, provided they do not violate this License.
2.2 Prohibited Uses
- Commercial Use is strictly prohibited. This includes selling, licensing, renting, or otherwise monetizing the Model or its outputs.
- The Licensee may not modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the Model.
- The Licensee may not use the Model to generate or distribute harmful, illegal, or misleading content.
- The Licensee may not use the Model in applications related to gambling, surveillance, deepfake creation, or any unethical AI deployment.
3. Ownership & Attribution
3.1 Ownership
- The Model remains the exclusive property of the Licensor. This License does not grant ownership of the Model.
3.2 Attribution
- Any public use of the Model's outputs must include attribution to PixelScribe.
4. Termination & Liability
4.1 Termination
- Any violation of this License results in an automatic termination of rights to use the Model.
- The Licensor reserves the right to revoke access to the Model at any time.
4.2 Liability Disclaimer
- The Model is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- The Licensor is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of the Model.
5. Miscellaneous
5.1 Updates
- The Licensor may release updates, patches, or newer versions of the Model under different terms.
5.2 Governing Law
- This License is governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction of the Licensor.
By using PixelScribe, the Licensee agrees to abide by the terms stated in this License.
