+This Non-Commercial License ("License") applies to PixelScribe (the "Model") and governs its usage under the terms specified below.

+**1.1 "Model"** refers to PixelScribe, including all its components, datasets, and derivatives.

+**1.2 "Licensee"** refers to any individual or entity that accesses, downloads, or uses the Model.

+- The Licensor is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of the Model.
