I've tried using a lot of models on Aider-desk https://github.com/hotovo/aider-desk and found that Qwen3 32B (older one) and Qwen3-VL-32B-Instruct are the best bang for the buck (or memory - locally hosted) :D

Using the following parameters for sampling:
--temp 1 --top_p 1 --presence_penalty 2 --top_k 40
