Update pipeline tag to text-classification and add paper link

This PR updates the pipeline_tag from text-generation to text-classification to more accurately reflect the model's functionality of detecting safety risks in reasoning traces. This change will improve model discoverability on the Hugging Face Hub.
Additionally, a direct link to the paper ReasoningShield: Safety Detection over Reasoning Traces of Large Reasoning Models has been added to the model card's content for easier access to the research.
