This PR adds a model card for the ACG-WAM model, linking it to the paper ACG-WAM: World-Action Modeling via Action-Conditioned Geometric Latent Prediction, the project page, and the GitHub repository. It also sets the pipeline_tag to robotics and the license to apache-2.0.
