Dear All, good to hearing from you. I would like to know does FOUNDATION 1 has worked on middle eastern music especially Arabic, Turkish and Persian? and also Oriental musical instruments?

Not great. All melodies and notation was build around western music theory - 12 tone scale. There is a couple more exotic instruments like the Koto etc. but not a lot for Arabic, Turkish, Persian etc.
World Sounds would also need tons of melodies built using melodies with microtones - or exotic scale patterns and unfortunately none of that was included. Sorry!
