Make ltx 2.3 reference to video Lora

Please make a new R2V lora for LTX 2.3. Now LTX still weak with consistent character. If you have any idea to train, please share it
I haven't trained any lora yet, but might look into it in the future.
For now, you can try the Realis Dance lora, that is a nice alternative to the IC-Union-Control
