License clarification for BeNice 370M weights and tokenizer

Hi, thank you for releasing BeNice!
I noticed that the Parcae code repository is licensed under MIT, but I couldn't find an explicit license statement for the weights and tokenizer files in this model repository.
Could you please clarify:
- Does the MIT license also cover the BeNice 370M weights and tokenizer files? If not, which terms apply?
- Is downloading and using these files for non-commercial academic research and evaluation permitted, including publishing evaluation results?
It would be helpful to add the applicable license to the model card or repository. Thank you!
Hey yes it extends. I will try and put it on my todo to update the model cards with a license.
