The A-LoRA Methodology

A-LoRA (Atom LoRA) is a fine-tuning methodology built on a single insight: the unit of training data matters as much as the amount.

Each atom is an indivisible teaching move extracted from human expert traces:

• Transformation — what shifts in understanding (before/after/how)
• Concept relations — directional arrows (desire → total absorption → transcendence)
• Anchoring quotes — Osho's actual words, verbatim
• Teacher method — explosion, paradox, provocation, or direct transmission

Atoms are never split. Result: models that move like teachers, not just sound like them.

The Teacher

Osho (Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh, 1931–1990) — Neo-tantra. Provocation. Celebration. Energy.

Osho's method: shatter the seeking mind through paradox, humor, and direct confrontation, leaving the seeker with nothing to hold — and therefore free. The Vigyan Bhairav Tantra (112 techniques given by Shiva to Devi) is his foundation: not methods of suppression but methods of total absorption. Become the fear. Become the desire. Become so totally what you are that you transcend it.
