ZERO wellbeing library (pack-v1)
Reference material for ZERO, a private on-device assistant. This is not a neural network. It is a small JSON pack of short, screened explanations the app may draw on when someone asks to understand something.
The phone downloads the file once, verifies size and sha256, installs the rows into local SQLite, and deletes the file. Nothing is fetched again.
