Add pipeline tag and paper link

This PR adds the pipeline_tag: text-classification to the YAML metadata, making the model discoverable under the text-classification pipeline filter. It also adds a link to the Hugging Face paper page for the paper “SearchJev: A Fast and Calibrated System-1 Model for Search Agents” and includes the project page link.
