I've had this model describe features that are clearly not visible in the images, especially saying that there is a navel piercing. It's mentioned a navel piercing even on a character that were posed from a view from behind. It also seems to always mention a characters breast, even if they aren't visible. I am uploading an image and a few generations from it describing them. I am using LM Studio and sicariussicariistuff_x-ray_alpha@bf16 by bartowski

Is there anything I can do or prompt to avoid this?
