Deprecate old usage

Once https://huggingface.co/SimianLuo/LCM_Dreamshaper_v7/discussions/7 is merged, one has to use a revision hash to download via the old, community pipeline loading mechanism as shown in this PR.
This PR should be merged right after: https://huggingface.co/SimianLuo/LCM_Dreamshaper_v7/discussions/7 to make sure the community can still use the old / community-pipeline way.
