| Contact the [repository maintainer](https://github.com/AHMADALIPARR) to discuss |
| commercial licensing or support. An inquiry is not a license grant. Pricing, |
| license scope, support commitments, warranties, and permitted distribution must |
| be agreed in writing; no standard commercial agreement is published in v1. |
|
|
| Describe your intended use, deployment/distribution model, required components, |
| organization, and support needs. The agreement would need to identify the |
| covered source version, ownership/provenance, applicable third-party terms, |
| license duration, redistribution rights, and any support or maintenance terms. |
|
|
| Original project code is proprietary and source-visible, not open source. See [LICENSING.md](LICENSING.md). Commercial arrangements can cover |
| only rights the licensor can grant; they do not remove third-party obligations. |
|
|
| v1 is a verification scaffold, with an unimplemented ATS runtime and slot-map |
| heap. Its commercial availability must not be described as a certified |
| production interpreter. The [verification report](docs/verification/ats-spark-af40c4e.md) |
| defines the checked component scope. |
