Update model card with pipeline tag, paper link, and sample usage

Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community science team. I noticed that the model card for SoulX-Singer could be improved by:
- Updating the
pipeline_tagtotext-to-speechfor better discoverability. - Adding a link to the official research paper: SoulX-Singer: Towards High-Quality Zero-Shot Singing Voice Synthesis.
- Adding a "Sample Usage" section with setup and inference instructions from the official repository.
- Including the BibTeX citation for researchers.

Thank you so much for the helpful suggestions! Since there were some merge conflicts, I have manually updated the README.md with the correct pipeline tag and paper links based on your input.
I will close this PR now as the changes are live. Thanks again for improving our project!
