Update metadata: add pipeline tag and library name, remove arxiv tag

This PR makes the following metadata improvements:
- Adds
pipeline_tag: text-generationfor proper discovery. - Adds
library_name: transformerssince the model checkpoints are compatible with the Hugging Face Transformers library. - Removes the
arxiv:2610.41994tag from YAML (arXiv IDs should only be referenced in the Markdown content, not in metadata).
The model card content remains unchanged.
