How can I request the access again after being rejected?

After "Your request to access this repo has been rejected by the repo's authors.", I cannot see the normal request page and submit the certification again.
I changed your status flag from rejected to pending. Please update your information to reflect the correct required CITI training course. See the instructions below:

I have the same issue, and need my status changed back to pending please. Will submit the correct CITI training certificate. Sry for the headache!
