Add pipeline tag, library name and GitHub link

This PR improves the model card by adding:
pipeline_tag: text-generationto properly categorize the model on the Hub.library_name: transformersas the model uses and is compatible with the Hugging Face Transformers library.- An explicit link to the GitHub repository for easier access to the code.
