Improve model card: Add `library_name`, correct `pipeline_tag`, and add GitHub link

This PR improves the model card by:

Correcting the pipeline_tag to text-generation, as the model is a text generation model.
Adding the library_name: transformers, enabling users to easily load the model using the Hugging Face Transformers library. This also makes the "How to use" button appear in the model card.
Adding a link to the GitHub repository for the project code.
