Improve model card with pipeline tag and library name

This PR improves the model card by:

Adding the pipeline_tag: text-generation to better categorize the model.
Specifying library_name: transformers to allow for easier integration with the Hugging Face Transformers library and to enable the "How to Use" button on the model page.
