Add library_name and pipeline_tag metadata

This PR adds library_name: transformers and pipeline_tag: text-generation to the model card metadata. These additions ensure that the model is correctly indexed on the Hugging Face Hub and that the "Use in Transformers" button is enabled with relevant code snippets.
