Is "ltx2310eros_v1.safetensors" from Civitai identical to "10Eros_v1-fp8mixed_learned.safetensors" from HF?

I'm fairly certain they are the same files with different names (same file size) but wanted to confirm here so I can delete one if they are redundant. Thanks in advance.
I hate civit's naming, if you select fp8 and download from civit it will still be "v1" but that will really be the fp8mixed yes.
