How did you know what per-block Lora strengths to set?

Just interested how you came to the settings you did, and if there's any reason to tweak them sometimes?
The only ones to tweak are first pass video strength, higher strength will create more motion but also risk artifacts and weird things. Higher upscale strength is the same but it will also over-detail and create choppy looking blur.
Also I got there from using LTX2 since it came out. I was one of the first to point out the weaker strength on upscale makes I2V outputs look way better and that led to finding that the distilled lora was just overall problematic and the best way to handle it's negative quality influence is like this.
