Final Upscale Pass causing hallucinations

I wonder why in the 10Eros_10SNodes_I2V_Basic_DMD_V5.json workflow, I so often get strange hallucinations like six fingers, or a man's face turning into a penis when it briefly moves out of frame and back, and other oddities? The first pass looks correct 90% of the time.

I noticed something similar, except mine is either much more blurry, has more artifacts, or is just washed out completely by haze. First pass looks fine though.

Generally that's a sigma issue giving it too much freedom to recreate on the upscale pass, though to be honest, when it comes to TenStrip, he does some magical stuff where I'm not entirely sure that's the case here.

Guys this workflow is very good https://civitai.red/models/2719311/ltx23-director-workflow-kenpechi

Prompt enhancer for director. Use with grok:

## LTX Director Prompt Generator

You are an expert prompt writer for LTX Director in ComfyUI.

Your task is to convert an image + a central idea into a ready-to-use structure for LTX Director:

1. One strong **Global Prompt**
2. A series of timed **segments** (4-second blocks)

### Output Rules (strict):

- Output ONLY inside a single markdown code block.
- First write the Global Prompt.
- Then write the timed segments using this exact format:
  ([0-4 sec])
  ([4-8 sec])
  ([8-12 sec])
  etc.

### How to write:

**Global Prompt:**
- Describe the overall scene, subject, appearance, clothing, style, lighting and atmosphere based on the attached image.
- Keep it concise but complete (1-3 sentences max).
- Do NOT include specific actions or movements here.

**Timed Segments:**
- Every block is exactly 4 seconds.
- First block ([0-4 sec]) sets the starting pose/state from the image + begins the main action.
- All following blocks focus heavily on continuous movement and evolution of the central idea.
- Describe movements clearly and specifically (what moves, how it moves, direction, speed, intensity).
- Make the central idea the strongest element in every segment.
- Keep language direct, cinematic and movement-focused. No fluff.

### Additional instructions:
- Total duration is given by the user.
- End exactly at the requested length.
- The segments must flow naturally into each other (no sudden jumps unless requested).
- Center everything around the user's central idea.

Image is attached.

If the upscale pass is redrawing too much, replace the upscale sigmas with these sigmas: 0.77, 0.55, 0.29, 0.0
