Settings used for training?

Could you please assist with me with the settings/software you use for training or the scripts?
I'm trying to get into training and don't have a lot of money for cloud jobs and not getting good results even with 3 hours training.
Would love to have something to point me at least in the right direction with FLUX as I learn. cant afford to do 30 runs first :(
