Add model_index.json

Hello, thank you for this excellent merge. I am trying to make an SVDQuant using deepcompressor and it requires there is a model_index.json in the root of the repo in order to understand the structure. This model_index.json is the same as Flux dev is using, it looks to also match CenKreChro.
