Add pipeline tag and paper link

This PR adds the pipeline_tag: text-generation metadata and links the model card to its paper page on the Hugging Face Hub. No library_name is added because the checkpoint requires BitMTP conversion and custom runtime code before inference, rather than direct transformers usage.
