Add library_name and pipeline_tag to metadata

This PR adds the library_name and pipeline_tag to the model card metadata. The pipeline_tag is set to image-text-to-text reflecting the model's capability to process both image and text inputs to generate text outputs. The library_name is set to transformers based on the model's configuration files. This enhances the model's discoverability on the Hugging Face Hub.
