Thinking mode
Hello! This is my first time saying anything on HuggingFace so hopefully I'm doing it right.
I've noticed that this model consistently stops using tags around its thinking block when a roleplay reaches about 8 turns (4 user turns and 4 model turns). A temp of 1 and brute forcing 20+ regenerations gets it to eventually wrap its thinking block, but I was wondering if you knew about this issue or had any ways of resolving it.
I'm using the Q8_0 GGUF weights from mradermacher so this might be better asked there instead. As I said, this is my first time and I thought asking the one who posted the model directly would be best. This issue is while using LM Studio but appears on my llama.cpp server as well.
Well now I feel dumb, apparently the system prompt I was using was causing the issue. Not exactly certain how but after tweaking it for a while the model stopped having this issue.
Sorry!
