Two licences apply. The LTX-2 weights are under the LTX-2 Community License Agreement (LICENSE, reproduced from Lightricks/LTX-2). The Gemma text encoder shards are under the Gemma Terms of Use (GEMMA_TERMS_OF_USE.txt; Prohibited Use Policy: https://ai.google.dev/gemma/prohibited_use_policy). See NOTICE.md.
