This PR significantly enhances the model card for OTSurv by:

Adding Metadata: Incorporating pipeline_tag: image-classification and library_name: pytorch to the YAML metadata. This improves the model's discoverability on the Hugging Face Hub under relevant filtering options and clarifies its primary deep learning framework.
Including Abstract: Adding the paper's abstract to the Markdown content provides immediate and comprehensive context about the model's research, methodology, and key findings.
Adding GitHub Link: A dedicated GitHub badge link has been added to the header section, making it easier for users to find and access the source code repository.

These changes collectively make the model card more informative, discoverable, and user-friendly.
