This PR improves the model card by:

• Adding library_name and pipeline_tag metadata for improved discoverability.
• Incorporating key information from the GitHub README to provide a more comprehensive overview of the model, its functionality, and its performance. This includes a summary of the LIMOPro approach, its key features, inference and evaluation instructions, and the results. The existing GitHub link is retained.
