This PR improves the model card by:

• Linking the repository to the original paper: Bridging the gap: A comparative exploration of Speech-LLM and end-to-end architecture for multilingual conversational ASR.
• Adding a link to the official GitHub repository for code and reproducibility.
• Providing a brief description of the proposed Speech-LLM architecture and its components (Whisper, mHuBERT, and Qwen2.5).
• Adding a BibTeX citation for the work.
