Add pipeline tag and library name

This PR adds the missing pipeline_tag and library_name to the model card metadata. This improves discoverability and clarifies the model's dependencies. The pipeline_tag is set to text-to-3d reflecting the model's functionality. The library_name is set to diffusers reflecting its reliance on Hugging Face Diffusers.
