SDXL-Lightning 8-step LoRA (BLIP Studio package)
Re-packed copy of sdxl_lightning_8step_lora.safetensors from ByteDance/SDXL-Lightning (revision c9a24f48e1c025556787b0c58dd67a091ece2e44), for applying the LoRA in the browser in BLIP Studio.
This is a modified copy: the kohya-format low-rank factors were re-packed into lora.json + lora.bin (fp16, rank 64, alpha 8, 788 UNet layers). The weight values are otherwise unchanged. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by ByteDance.
Use
SDXL only. Use with weight 1.0, 8 steps, Euler with the sgm_uniform (trailing) schedule, CFG 1. Images can look different from the same prompt without the LoRA.
