This model was trained and tested using the ShapeMed-Knee dataset. The neural shape model (NSM) code used to train and run inference on the model are shared publicly. Examples on how use the NSM code, this model, and the shared dataset are described here.

• 231: this was the original model from the paper
• 647: this was an updated model that improved registration before training the model

BONE ONLY Model:

• 551: this is a bone only model
