Did you ever get this working? I'm running

$ ./whisper-npu/whisper.exe --model whisper_medium ../../longer_recording.wav
Main Entry ...
Compile Encoder Model...................whisper-npu/models/whisper_medium/whisper_medium_encoder.xml

and it just stops. Is there a dependency I need to be paying attention to? Does the exe file need to be somewhere else?

I got the models to "work" using python open vino, I just haven't gotten to using beam encoding... So I know the model is fine.
