PromtAssist is a fine-tuned model based on DNABERT-2 to predict the strength of synthetic promoters. The model was trained on alarge dataset of E.Coli promoters and it can output the strrgth of promoter. Visit promassist.com to try it out. The data the model was trained on is based on data from this paper: Automated model-predictive design of synthetic promoters to control transcriptional profiles in bacteria
