Update model card with paper link, graph-ml tag, and usage instructions

Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community science team. I noticed this model card could be improved to make the models more discoverable and easier to use.
This PR:
- Updates the
pipeline_tagtograph-mlto better reflect the model's architecture and task. - Adds a link to the research paper and the official GitHub repository.
- Provides sample usage instructions for testing the pre-trained checkpoints based on the provided code.
- Includes the BibTeX citation for the work.
