| These additional terms apply to ALTIC's fine-tuning, parameter modifications, |
| Core ML graph conversion, optimization, packaging, and compiled distribution |
| of Fluid-1 Pico (the "ALTIC Contributions"). |

| ## Permission |
|
|
| ALTIC grants end users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to |
| use the ALTIC Contributions: |
|
|
| - through an official ALTIC application; or |
| - for personal evaluation and non-commercial research. |
|
|
| ## Restrictions |
|
|
| Without ALTIC's prior written permission, you may not: |
|
|
| - use the ALTIC Contributions for commercial purposes or monetization; |
| - redistribute, mirror, sublicense, sell, rent, or publish the compiled |
| artifacts; |
| - integrate the ALTIC Contributions into a third-party application, product, |
| service, SDK, or hosted API; |
| - extract or use the ALTIC Contributions to build or improve a competing model |
| or product; or |
| - bypass access controls or remove attribution and licensing notices. |

| Restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Contact |
| ALTIC through the official repository owner to request commercial permission. |

| ## Qwen and Apache 2.0 |
|
|
| This distribution is derived from Qwen3.5-0.8B. Qwen-derived components remain |
| subject to the Apache License 2.0. Nothing in these additional terms restricts |
| rights granted directly by the upstream copyright holders under Apache 2.0. |
