sys1 build assets and numerical fixtures

Pinned CUDA device images and independent reference fixtures. CUDA builds embed the selected images; inference requires no Python or Hub access for these assets. The source repository verifies downloads against SHA256.

All payload files are byte-for-byte copies from the public sys1 PR #40 commit a1459f216b3cdf36b44e3f6f1c505f0bb5b4d78e. Original generation sources, provenance and third-party license notices accompany the images. Historical status fields describe generation-time experiments, not new release certification. archs/fixtures contains native Torch references and their generation/tolerance documentation.
