UNSPSC Mappings

Does a master mapping list exist? How can I map my output "Predicted class for the item: 327" to a valid code?

As I mentioned in the readme the original author didn't leave any comments and they deleted the model since then.
I'm pretty sure it's based on UNv200601 and the labels go in the same order as in UNv200601_03_Families.txt.
The 327 could be somewhere near these:

51460000	Herbal drugs
51470000	Antiseptics
52100000	Floor coverings

What I can suggest is to take a data set with known codes, run a model through the data set and then to map resulting UNSPSC codes to classes returned by model.

I just had a look at labels, there are 559 of them, which is more likely to be UNv260801. UNv260801 has exactly 559 labels.
Could be one of these, actually

106760	51420000	Corticosteroids	This classification denotes manufactured adrenal cortex hormones (chemical substances having a specific regulatory effect on the activity of a certain organ or organs) or steroids that are similar to cortisol, the main glucocorticoid secreted by the adrenal cortex, or outer layer of the adrenal gland.
106522	51430000	Antihypertensive drugs	This classification denotes drugs used in the treatment of acute or chronic vascular hypertension - or persistently high systemic arterial blood pressure - regardless of pharmacological mechanism. among the antihypertensive agents are diuretics; (especially diuretics, thiazide); adrenergic beta-antagonists; adrenergic alpha-antagonists; angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors; calcium channel blockers; ganglionic blockers; and vasodilator agents..
184307	51440000	Radiopharmaceuticals and contrast media

Can you share where I can find UNv200601_03_Families.txt or UNv200601 files? Tried googling it but nothing found. Appreciate the help

@asrst , current codes can be found at https://www.undp.org/unspsc (at no cost). As of today, the codes to download are unspsc-english-v260801.1
UNSPSC has changed owning organization recently; they used to sell them at something like $300 per set. Not sure if it is possible to find those old codes for free now.

I would not recommend using this model other than for educational material. If you want to infer categories from product descriptions, the best way today would be vector search.
